Battle

This is an A4 drawing illustrating a struggle between early Roman republican troops (semi-proffesional) and the might of the hellenic world. On Roman side there are mainly Hastati, Principes and Triarri and on the Greek side we have some hoplites, tessalian and macedonian cavalery and lots of thracians and bastaranae with their deadly rhompaia- the scythes attached to pole-arms.

I might add elephants and lots of arrows/flying jevelins and make it into the Ausculum battle- a famous site of the pyrrhic victory.
